Collective psychological capital:A Literature Review and Prospects

集体心理资本作为心理资本发展到团队水平的结构,是成员共有的积极评价,同时也是人力资源管理的新方向。近几十年来,集体心理资本领域的研究,在概念聚合、与相关变量的关系研究和干预方面取得了重要进展。未来研究的关键在于深入探索与相关变量的关系,采用多样研究方法,提升研究生态效度,并加大集体心理资本干预方案开发的力度。

Collective Psychological Capital as a collective construct of psychological capital,has been defined as‘the team’s shared positive appraisal of their team,it is also a new direction of organizational human resources management.In recent years,significant progress has been made in the research fields of collective psychological capital,including aggregation of concept,investigation of the relationship to other variables and the intervention of the collective psychological capital.The key to advancement of research in this field is to advancing exploration of the relationship of correlated variable,enhancing ecological validity by using diverse research methods,and strengthening the development of collective psychological capital intervention programs.
