水培小麦苗在畜牧生产中应用的研究进展

Research Progress on Application of Hydroponic Wheat Seedlings in Animal Production

小麦种子通过水培技术短期培育可得到水培小麦苗,其富含维生素等活性物质,具有适口性好、易于消化、生长周期短、产出稳定等优点,在畜牧业中具有作为青绿饲料缓解我国畜禽饲料短缺的潜力。本文主要对水培小麦苗的生产工艺、营养价值以及其作为饲料资源在畜牧生产中应用的研究进展进行综述,以期为水培小麦苗在我国畜牧生产中的科学合理应用提供理论参考。

Hydroponic wheat seedlings can be obtained by short⁃term cultivation of wheat seeds,which is rich in vitamins and other active substances,and has the advantages of good palatability,easy digestion,short growth cycle,stable output and so on.It can be used as a source of green feed in animal husbandry to alleviate the shortage of livestock and poultry feed resources in China.This paper mainly summarized the production technology and nutritional value of hydroponic wheat seedlings and the research progress in the application of hydroponic wheat seedlings as feed resources in animal production,in order to provide theoretical reference for the rational application of hydroponic wheat seedlings in animal production in China.
