摘要
为了解决某制革企业生产废水处理工艺出水化学需氧量、氨氮难达标的问题,采用“预处理-AO-芬顿氧化-人工湿地”组合工艺对制革废水进行处理。深度处理采用芬顿氧化工艺,能降解废水中的难降解有机物,并通过人工湿地生态系统进一步实现污水的高效净化。处理后出水化学需氧量≤100 mg/L,五日生化需氧量≤20 mg/L,氨氮≤10 mg/L,硫化物≤0.5 mg/L,总铬≤1.5 mg/L,出水水质满足广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26—2001)第二时段一级标准和《制革及皮毛加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 30486—2013)中表2制革企业直接排放限值。该工艺能有效去除制革废水中的污染物,具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。
In order to solve the problem that chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen of tannery wastewater treatment process in a tannery below standard,tannery wastewater was treated by pretreatment-AO-fenton oxidation-constructed wetland combined process to study the treatment effects on chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen.Fenton oxidation process was used to remove refractory organics,and the sewage was purified by constructed wetland.The effluent chemical oxygen demand was≤100 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤10 mg/L,sulfide≤0.5 mg/L,total chromium≤1.5 mg/L.The effluent quality meets the stricter emission requirement between the first-class standard of the second period of Local standard of Guangdong Province Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants(DB 44/26—2001),and direct discharge limit of tanneries in Table 2 of Discharge standard of water pollutants for leather and fur making industry(GB 30486—2013).The pollutants were effectively reduced through the application of the proposed process,which has good economic and environmental benefits.
