摘要
契合“双碳”和绿色环保战略,以天然黏土矿石蒙脱石和海泡石为原料,酸化和水热改性方法制备了丙酮吸附剂,进行了物化特性表征和吸附性能研究。改性后蒙脱石和海泡石对丙酮的吸附容量分别提高了44.6%和43.7%,高达535.82 mg·g^(-1)和276.25 mg·g^(-1)。IAST方法预测结果表明,吸附剂对VOCs具良好吸附选择性,可用于气体VOCs吸附分离。
Following the strategy of"double carbon"and green environmental protection,acetone adsorbent was prepared by acidification and hydrothermal modification based on natural clay ore montmorillonite and sepiolite.The physicochemical characteristics and adsorption performance were studied.The adsorption capacities of modified montmorillonite and sepiolite for acetone were increased by 44.6%and 43.7%respectively,up to 535.82 mg·g^(-1) and276.25 mg·g^(-1).The IAST method predicting results showed that the adsorbent had good adsorption selectivity for VOCs,which can be used for the adsorption and separation of gas VOCs.
