用于煤矿巷道涌水治理的新型注浆堵水材料制备及性能评价 被引量:2

Preparation and Performance Evaluation of a New Type of Grouting and Water Blocking Material for Controlling Water Inflow in Coal Mine Tunnels

摘要 以聚醚多元醇PTMG、甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI、1,4-丁二醇BDO和甲基膦酸二甲酯DMMP为主要原料,并结合缓凝剂、催化剂和溶剂等其他化学试剂,制备了一种适用于煤矿巷道涌水治理的新型注浆堵水材料,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明:当TDI加量为2%、MDI加量为6%、DMMP加量为10%、,催化剂加量为1%、缓凝剂加量为2%时所制备的新型注浆堵水材料具有良好的综合性能,其凝胶时间、包水性、遇水膨胀率、发泡率和压缩强度均能满足相关标准的指标要求。研制的新型注浆堵水材料能够满足煤矿巷道涌水治理对注浆堵水材料综合性能的要求。 Using polyether polyol PTMG,toluene diisocyanate TDI,diphenylmethane diisocyanate MDI,1,4-butanediol BDO,and methyl phosphonate dimethyl ester DMMP as the main raw materials,combined with other chemical reagents such as retarders,catalysts,and solvents,a new type of grouting water plugging material suitable for the treatment of water inrush in coal mines was prepared,and its performance was evaluated.The results showed that when the dosage of TDI was 2%,the dosage of MDI was 6%,the dosage of DMMP was 10%,the dosage of catalyst was 1%,and the dosage of retarder was 2%,the prepared new grouting water blocking material had good comprehensive performance,and its gel time,water inclusion,water swelling ratio,foaming ratio and compression strength can meet the index requirements of relevant standards.The newly developed grouting water blocking material can meet the requirements of comprehensive performance of grouting water blocking materials for water inrush control in coal mine tunnels.
