复配添加剂对石蜡物理性能影响的研究

摘要 沿用《几种常见添加剂对石蜡物理性能影响的研究》一文的研究方法和结论,选取6种性质较为突出的添加剂进行两两组合,设计出3组复配添加剂对石蜡物理性能影响的研究试验。根据试验结果绘制数学模型图,并根据数学模型图颜色深浅、疏密度等因素,判断其对石蜡物理性能的影响趋势,从而得出复配添加剂对石蜡物理性能影响的结论:复配添加剂对石蜡的改性基本符合各单剂的改性规律特点,同时它们之间又发生相互作用,既有协同效应,也有对抗效应,并不是单纯加和而已。根据以上规律,可以对各添加剂加以巧妙利用,进行优化组合、搭配,根据生产的实际需求选取适合的复配添加剂,以满足石蜡、特种蜡产品生产的特殊要求。 Based on the research methods and conclusions of the paper "study on effect of several common additives on physical properties of paraffin wax",six kinds of additives with outstanding properties were selected to combine in pairs,and a research test on the influence of three groups of compound additives on the physical properties of paraffin wax was designed.A mathematical model diagram was drawn according to the test results.The influence trend on the physical properties of paraffin wax was judged base on the factors such as color depth and density of the mathematical model diagram,and the influence of compound additives on the physical properties of paraffin wax was concluded.The results showed that the modification of paraffin wax by compound additives basically conformed to the characteristics of the modification law of each single agent,at the same time,they interacted with each other,both synergistic and antagonistic,it was not the simply additive effect.According to the above rules,various additives can be skillfully used to optimize the combination and collocation,and suitable compound additives can be selected according to the actual production needs to meet the special requirements for the production of paraffin wax and special wax products.
