摘要
在全球能源结构向低碳化转变、能源消费结构不断优化的背景下,可再生能源的发展需求持续增长。风能是目前开发和应用最为广泛的可再生能源之一,风能技术的发展是我国实现可再生能源高比例应用和产业持续健康发展的重要依托。中国石化积极发展新能源产业,风电是重要支撑。通过广泛深入的技术和市场调研,梳理了风电机组能效提升路径和优化方法,针对风电机组在能效提升方面的影响因素,包括风轮结构、塔架高度、风机传动系统、控制系统、现场应用优化布置等,重点就3D打印风机叶片、控制系统等方面确定了路径,并对我国风电技术的需求及发展趋势进行总结及展望。
With the global energy structure shifting to low-carbon and energy consumption structure constant optimization,the demand for renewable energy development continues to grow.Wind energy is one of the most widely developed and applied renewable energy,and the development of wind energy technology is an important rely on the high proportion of renewable energy application and the healthy development of the industry in our country.Sinopec actively develops new energy industry,wind power is an important support.Based on extensive and in-depth technical and market research,the energy efficiency improvement path and optimization method of wind turbines were sorted out.In view of the influencing factors of wind turbines in energy efficiency improvement,including wind turbine structure,tower height,fan transmission system,control system,field application optimization layout,etc.,the path was mainly determined in terms of 3D printing fan blades and control system.And the demand and development trend of the wind power technology were summarized and forecasted.
