空心玻璃微珠表面改性及其应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 空心玻璃微珠作为我国近年来发展起来的新型材料,由于其具有轻质高强、隔热、耐火耐腐蚀等优异性能而受到广泛的关注。通过物理或化学手段对其进行表面改性处理,能够调控表面化学性质,提升与其他材料的结合能力,或者赋予新的功能性,提高其应用能力并进一步扩展其应用领域。介绍了酸碱刻蚀改性、偶联剂改性、聚合物接枝、表面包覆等对空心玻璃微珠进行表面改性涉及到的技术方法及机理,分析了改性空心玻璃微珠在聚合物填料、吸波、光催化等领域的应用,并对空心玻璃微珠表面改性领域发展趋势进行了展望。 As a kind of new materials developed in China in recent years,hollow glass microspheres have attracted widespread attention because of the excellent performance such as light quality,insulation,refractory corrosion resistance.Through physical or chemical means,the surface modification processing can regulate the chemical properties of the surface,improve the ability to combine with other materials,or give new functionality,improve its application capabilities,and further expand its application fields.In this article,the technical methods and mechanisms involved in the surface modification of hollow glass microspheres were introduced,such as acid-base etching and erosion modification,puppet intercourse modification,polymer branches,and surface covering.Their application in the fields of polymer fillers,wave absorption,photocatalytic and other fields was analyzed,and the development trend of the surface modification field of hollow glass microspheres was prospected.
