海上高温高盐油藏自聚集调驱体系研发与应用

摘要 印尼某海上油田油藏条件复杂,属于高温高盐油藏,长期衰竭式开采导致渗透率极差大、含水率高、采出程度高。为了解决该区块开采问题,研发了一种新型调驱剂YC-1,与普通调驱体系相比,在实现深部调驱的基础上,能够通过电性作用自组装获得较普通微球粒径更大、封堵强度更高、稳定性更强的聚集体。通过马尔文激光粒度仪、SEM、金相显微镜等对其进行性能测定,测定结果显示,YC-1在98℃、矿化度70 000 mg·L^(-1)的高温高盐条件下60天保持结构稳定,且注入性和封堵性能良好。同时,通过探究YC-1在多孔介质中的封堵运移规律,包括注入浓度优化、注入速度优选、运移能力及封堵能力验证等,形成了一套针对目标油田的注入工艺方案,对现场施工具有一定指导意义。 The reservoir conditions of an offshore oil field in Indonesia are complex,and it belongs to a high-temperature and high-salinity reservoir.Long-term depletion exploitation leads to extremely poor permeability,high water cut and high recovery rate.In order to solve the exploitation problem in this block,a new profile control and flooding agent YC-1 was developed.Compared with the common profile control and flooding system,on the basis of deep profile control and flooding,the aggregates with larger particle size,higher plugging strength and stronger stability were obtained by self-assembly through electrical action.The properties of YC-1 were measured by Malvin laser particle size analyzer,SEM and metallographic microscope.The results showed that YC-1 kept its structure stable at 98 ℃ and salinity of 70 000 mg·L^(-1) for 60 d,and its injectivity and plugging performance were good.At the same time,by exploring the plugging and migration law of YC-1 in porous media,including injection concentration optimization,injection speed optimization,migration ability and plugging ability verification,a set of injection technology scheme for the target oilfield has been formed,which has certain guiding significance for field construction.
