摘要
数字教材是日本信息化战略的产物。在文部科学省指导的“地方教委负责制”运行体制下,日本数字教材构建了“集体学、分组学、个体学”的学习模式,以“对标研发”和“试点反馈”为研发机制,以“教学效果评价”和“安全健康评价”为评价体系,以“个性化学习数据”为循环系统,以“有识者专家会议”和“公益研究会”为理论抓手,形成了完整的生态闭环。日本数字教材在制度制定、人才培养等方面面临的问题及其相关举措亦可提供参照和借鉴。
Digital teaching materials are the product of Japan's informatization strategy.Under the guidance of“local education commission responsibility system”,Japanese digital textbooks have built three learning modes,namely collective learning,group learning and individual learning,with“benchmarking research and development”and“pilot feedback”as the mechanism of research and development,with“personalized learning data”as the circulation system,with“meeting of knowledgeable experts”and“public welfare research associations”as the theoretical starting points,and with“teaching effectiveness assessment”and“safety and health assessment”as the evaluation system.As a result,a complete closed ecological loop has been formed.Problems and relevant measures of key aspects related to the construction of digital textbooks such as system formulating and talent training can also be used for reference.
