In essence,community public goods supply is a value chain network system project that provides people with social production and life and permeates multiple power and interest relations within the community.In the community value chain supply network system of a certain scale economy,there is a natural fit between the scale economy,network cooperation,community structure,robustness characteristics based on the value chain network system and the cooperative supply of public goods.In terms of the interwoven structure matrix of links and subjects in different stages of value chain network,multi center heterogeneous subjects present different functional positioning in different stages,and clarify the value positioning,retention problem and collaborative improvement approaches in the node relationship.The multi center collaborative supply value chain network of community public goods is constructed from five levels,including investment decision,investment planning,construction operation,operation maintenance,and consumer feedback,so as to deeply deconstruct the internal logic of the process.
