唐徕渠灌区标准化规范化管理实践与思考

唐徕渠是宁夏引黄灌区最大的自流干渠,是支撑引黄灌区经济社会发展的重要命脉渠。推动唐徕渠灌区标准化规范化建设,是保障灌区效益发挥和安全科学用水的基础工作,是推动现代化灌区建设的必然要求和重要手段。本文通过对宁夏唐徕渠灌区标准化规范化管理建设的主要举措、取得的初步成效、存在的重点问题等进行分析,提出了推进灌区标准化规范化建设的关键对策建议,可供类似灌区标准化规范化建设参考。

Tanglai Canal is the largest gravity canal in the Ningxia Yellow River Irrigation Area and serves as a vital lifeline for supporting the economic and social development of the area.Promoting standardized and normative construction in Tanglai Canal Irrigation Area is a fundamental task for ensuring the efficient utilization of water resources and promoting safe and sustainable water use.It is also an essential requirement and important means for advancing the modernization of irrigation districts.This paper analyzes the main measures,preliminary achievements,and key challenges in the standardized and normative management construction of Tanglai Canal Irrigation Area in Ningxia.It puts forward key strategies and suggestions to promote the construction of standardized and normative irrigation districts,which can serve as reference for similar projects in the construction of standardized and normative irrigation areas.
