Strengthen the Responsibility of Readers and Promote the High-quality Development Of National Reading

党的二十大报告明确了“丰富人民精神世界”是中国式现代化本质要求的重要组成部分,作为满足人民日益增长的精神文化需求的重要举措,“深化全民阅读活动”因此被写入党的二十大报告中。读者,作为阅读活动的主体,应在责任制度的规约下不断强化责任意识,提高责任能力,践行责任行为,收获责任成果,从而助推我国全民阅读的高质量发展。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward“deepening the reading activities of the whole people”.As the main body of the reading activities,under the provisions of the responsibility system,readers are constantly strengthening their own sense of responsibility,improving their ability to take responsibility,putting responsibility into action,and harvesting the results of responsibility to promote the high-quality development of the reading of the whole people in China.
