职教师范生双实践性知识建构的困境、原因及化解策略

摘要 技术实践性知识和教育实践性知识是职教教师专业素养的综合承载体。研究分析了实践性知识建构的两个基本条件--实践与反思,揭示了职教师范生双实践性知识建构遭遇的现实困境及困境出现的原因,提出了化解职教师范生双实践性知识建构困境的策略:为职技高师院校的发展予以经济和政策上的扶持,以加强完善校内和校外双实训基地建设;培育有职教师范特色的校园文化,提升职教师范生对教师职业的认同,激发双实践性知识建构的强烈动机;大力发展研究生层次的职教教师教育,构建实践导向的职教专业课程与教师教育课程体系,为职教师范生建构双实践性知识提供充裕的时间保障、课程保障以及充分的实践和反思机会。 Technical practical knowledge and educational practical knowledge are the comprehensive carriers of the professional literacy of vocational education teachers.This research analyzes the two basic conditions of practical knowledge construction,which are practice and reflection.It reveals the real dilemma and reasons for vocational education normal students in constructing dual practical knowledge and proposes strategies to solve it.First,support the development of vocational and technical colleges through economic and policy measures,to strengthen the construction of internal and external dual training bases.Second,cultivate a campus culture with vocational education normal characteristics,to enhance their recognition for the teaching profession,and stimulate their strong motivation for dual practical knowledge construction.Third,vigorously develop graduate-level vocational education normal education,to construct practical-oriented vocational education professional courses and teacher education curriculum systems,and to provide sufficient time,curriculum,and ample opportunities for practice and reflection to construct dual practical knowledge.
