摘要
我国兼职教师队伍建设政策经历了从最初的“可以”“吸收”“支持”,到“加强”“鼓励”“大量”“必须”的渐进式变迁。在此过程中,高职院校兼职教师队伍建设亦面临政策刚性约束不强、院校认识管理水平不均衡和兼职教师身份认同感不高、职业成就感低、流动性大、主动性不足等问题,通过对江苏高职院校产业教授选聘制度演进及实践成效的介绍,为兼职教师和“双师型”教师队伍建设探索了一条省级层面出台政策系统推进、企业与产业教授积极参与、院校实施推广的有效途径。
China's policy on the construction of part-time teacher teams has experienced a gradual transformation.In initial,they are allowed to teach in vocational schools,they are absorbed into schools,and they are supported to teach students.Then,this policy is strengthened,they are encouraged to teach,and a large number of them participate in teaching.Now,vocational schools must have part-time teachers.In this process,the construction of part-time teacher teams in vocational colleges also faces problems such as weak policy constraints,unbalanced institutional awareness and management level,low identity,low sense of professional achievement,high mobility,and lack of initiative.To solve these problems,this article introduces the evolution and practical effect analysis of the industrial professor selection system in Jiangsu's vocational colleges.It aims to explore an effective approach to the team construction of part-time teacher and teachers with industrial experience.The approach involves the formulation of systematic policies at the provincial level,active participation of enterprise and industrial professors,and promotion and implementation in colleges.
