试论开放教育的现实理路:理念融合与路径创新 被引量:1

On the Realistic Path of Open Education:Conceptual Integration and Path Innovation

摘要 功能与样态各异的教育实践积淀了人类的文明,而社会的发展日益激发人们对开放共享教育理念的强烈渴求,并以此构建促进个体终身成长的教育共同体。开放教育可以帮助人们获得普适性的教育信息、均等化的学习机会与丰富的知识内涵,是对教育与实践的紧密融合。通过融学校教育、校外教育与网络教育于一体的教育新平台,开放教育构建的是教育理念包容、教育形式多元与教育内容开放的教育新体系。在开放共享的教育新发展理念指引下,为担负起终身教育的启航者、终身学习的助力者、学习社会的培育者的新使命,开放教育需走出一条强化全民教育、实现兼容并包与推进模式创新的融合发展新路径。 The diverse functions and forms of educational practices have accumulated human civilization,and the development of society has increasingly sparked a strong desire for the concept of open and shared education,thereby building an educational community that promotes individual lifelong growth.Open education can help people obtain universal educational information,equal learning opportunities and rich knowledge connotation,which is a close integration of education and practice.By building a new education platform that integrates school education,off campus education and online education,open education constructs a new education system with inclusive educational concepts,diverse educational forms,and open educational content.In order to take on the new mission of being the initiator of lifelong education,the facilitator of lifelong learning and the cultivator of a learning society,open education needs to find a new path of integrated development that strengthens education for all,achieves inclusiveness,and promotes model innovation with the new development concept of open and shared education.
