摘要
教学团队的建设对于高职院校优化课程思政建设,提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。但当前高职院校团队建构进程中存在团队构成“陌路人”、团队教学“两张皮”、团队管理“平行线”等现实困境。为了能够使课程思政真正落地到课堂教学一线,高职院校需从四个维度推动课程思政教学团队建设的发展:优化团队协作,建立教师协同育人机制;强化教师培训,提高教师育人意识能力;完善教师管理,激发团队发展持久动力;健全考核机制,构建团队建设评价体系。
Building teaching teams is of great significance for optimizing ideological and political education in curriculum of vocational colleges and improving the quality of talent cultivation.However,in the current process of team construction in vocational colleges,there are realistic challenges.For example,team members are not familiar,curriculum teaching and ideological and political teaching are separated,and team management is parallel.In order to truly implement ideological and political education in classroom teaching,vocational colleges need to optimize team collaboration,establish a teacher-coordinated education mechanism,strengthen teacher training,improve their awareness and ability in education,improve teacher management,inspire the sustainable development of the team,and establish a team construction evaluation system to promote the development of teaching teams.
