ICP-OES法和ICP-MS法测定不同环境水体中重金属铅的方法比较

摘要 重金属铅不仅造成了严重的水环境污染,更会对人体健康产生不可逆转的影响。本研究采用ICP-OES和ICPMS两种不同的检测方法,同时检测不同环境水体中的重金属铅,结合实际水样情况,通过检出限、精密度、准确度及加标回收率的对比,得出两种方法的优缺点和适用范围。通过研究结果得出以下结论:一般水质样品推荐使用ICP-MS法;针对铅元素含量较高,或者污染严重、基体复杂的样品推荐使用ICP-OES法。该研究可为测量不同水体中重金属铅的方法提供有效思路,为环境污染防治过程中水环境的检测提供技术指导与数据支持。 Lead not only causes serious water pollution,but also has irreversible effects on human health.In this study,two different detection methods,ICP-OES and ICP-MS,were used to detect the heavy metal lead in different environmental water bodies at the same time.Based on actual conditions of water samples,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods and their range of application were obtained by comparing the detection limit,precision,accuracy and recovery rate.Based on the results,the following conclusions are drawn:ICP-MS is recommended for samples of general water quality;ICP-OES is recommended for the samples with high lead content,serious pollution and complex background.This study can provide effective train of thoughts for measuring the heavy metal lead in different water bodies and provide technical guidance and data support for water environment monitoring in the process of environmental pollution prevention and control.
