摘要
为响应国家号召建设园林城市,很多城市都建立了城市园林绿化数字化信息库和城市园林绿化动态监管系统。但随着城市的不断发展,城市园林绿化面积会不断变化,同时园林树木、绿地等也存在自然死亡现象,所以需要对已有的园林绿化信息库进行及时或定期更新,保证园林绿化数据的现势性。利用无人机拍摄的影像,对影像信息进行解译,结合已有的园林绿化信息,对发生变化的园林树木、绿地等进行提取,同时实现城市园林绿化数字化信息库快速更新,该方法与传统的人工外业巡查更新方法相比,自动化程度高,更新的速度快、周期短、成本低。
In response to the call of the state to build garden cities,many cities have established a digital information database of urban landscaping and a dynamic supervision system of urban landscaping management.However,with the continuous development of the city,the urban landscaping area will continue to change,and there are also natural deaths of garden trees and green spaces,so it is necessary to update the existing landscaping information database in time or regularly to ensure the current situation of landscaping data.This paper uses the image taken by UAV to interpret the image information,combined with the existing landscaping information,extract the changed garden trees and green spaces,and realize the rapid update of the digital information base of urban landscaping.Compared with the traditional manual field inspection and update method,this method has high degree of automation,fast update speed,short cycle and low cost.
