尺寸链驱动的分户分间房产图快速实测技术 被引量:1

摘要 相对于传统的分层分户房产模型,分户分间模型可以更详尽表达房屋的内部空间和权利信息,但对不存在BIM/CAD数据的房屋,要获取分户分间信息通常只能通过实测得到。基于曼哈顿世界假设,提出了一个分户分间快速测量方法,通过在支持触摸的平板设备直接绘制草图,系统自动化对草图精简、寻找主方向、搜索构建内部实体、构建尺寸链,从而实现草图直接成图的分户分间测量。适用于规则建筑物分户分间图现场测量,可提高实测工作效率。 Compared with the real-estate management model which supports house stratification for individual plan,the housestratification-for-individual-room model can faithfully represent the internal building space and its property rights.If there is no any BIM/CAD data source for a given building,the only way to collect the real-estate information is in-field survey.Based on Manhattan-world assumption,a novel approach which support rapid survey of the data of the house-stratification-for-individualroom model is proposed in this paper.In this approach,an electronic sketch drawing of the surveyed building is firstly drawn on the PAD manually,after that the system automatically simplifies the curve of sketch drawing.Then,the two main Manhattan directions are searched,followed with the drawing is corrected to the main directions,and all the internal entities are searched and constructed.Finally,dimension chains are automatically generated,and the system will automatically update the drawing whenever you input a new data for any dimension.This method can provide rapid in-field survey performance supporting housestratification-for-individual-room model,which can greatly improve the working efficiency.
