金丝皇菊脱毒苗田间性状研究

摘要 为探明组织培养脱毒技术在菊花生产中的作用,以金丝皇菊为试验材料,研究脱毒苗在农艺性状、抗性、产量及花朵级别等指标上的田间表现。结果表明,脱毒苗和扦插苗的病情指数分别为26.01和42.65;脱毒苗较扦插苗在株高、分枝数、花序数、叶长和叶宽指标上,分别增加20.63%、13.5%、26.63%、10.74%和13.65%;脱毒苗较扦插苗平均每666.7 m^(2)鲜花产量增加52.71%;特级花数量、一级花数量和二级花数量分别增加44.68%、59.03%和63.28%;总花量增加58.75%。试验结果表明,菊花脱毒苗在抗褐斑病、生长、产量和花朵级别等方面均表现出明显优势。 In order to explore the positive effect of tissue culture technology on chrysanthemum in production,Jinsihuangju,an chrysanthemum cultivar,was used as experimental material.The characteristics of changes in agronomic traits brown spot resistance,agronomic traits,yield,and flower level between virus-free and cutting seedlings were summarized.The results showed that the disease index was 26.01 and42.65,respectively;These values of virus-free seedlings:plant height,number of branches,number of inflorescence,leaf length,leaf width increased by 20.63%,13.5%,26.63%,10.74%,and 13.65% compared with cutting seedlings;The average flower yield per 666.7 m^(2) of virusfree seedlings increased by 52.71%compared with cutting seedlings;The gross flowers of virus-free seedlings increased by 58.75%,of which the number of extra grade、first grade and second grade flower increased by 44.68%,59.03%,and 63.28%,respectively.Our data obtained here indicated that the virus-free seedlings of 'Jinsihuangju ' had obvious advantages in the brown spot resistance,growth vigor,yield and flower level.
