三种盐制桑螵蛸化学成分及抗氧化活性比较

摘要 在“成分-功效”关联模式下,探究盐制团螵蛸、盐制长螵蛸、盐制黑螵蛸中水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、不同溶剂提取物的成分差异及抗氧化活性。选取3种盐制桑螵蛸,依据国家标准对其水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物进行测定。通过70%乙醇对3种桑螵蛸进行超声提取,得浓缩液,蒸干,用水分散,之后用正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次对粗提物进行萃取,测定各萃取物中主要活性物质总蛋白、总多糖、总黄酮的含量;以DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基清除率为指标,评价3种桑螵蛸各溶剂萃取物的抗氧化活性,同时分析抗氧化能力与总蛋白、总多糖、总黄酮之间的关系。盐制团螵蛸的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分的含量最低分别为7.63%、4.47%、0.91%,浸出物含量最高为13.72%。盐制长螵蛸水提物中总蛋白含量最高为446.06 mg/g;盐制长螵蛸水提物中总多糖含量最高为24.73 mg/g;盐制团螵蛸乙酸乙酯萃取物中总黄酮含量最高为281.42 mg/g。3种桑螵蛸均以正丁醇提取物抗氧化活性最强。经综合比较,其清除自由基能力为盐制团螵蛸>盐制长螵蛸>盐制黑螵蛸。 The contents of moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash,extract,compositional differences and antioxidant of different solvent extracts from salt-processing Tenodera sinensis Saussure,salt-processing Statilia maculata(Thunberg) and salt-processing Hierodula patellifera(Serville) were explored based on the mode of correlation of "components-efficacy".Three kinds of Mantidis ootheca were selected,and their moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract were determined according to national standards.The three salt-processing Mantidis ootheca extracts were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with 70% ethanol,and the concentrated solution was evaporated and dispersed with water,after which the crude extracts were extracted with n-hexane,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate and n-butanol in turn,and the contents of total protein,total polysaccharide and total flavonoids in each extract were determined.The antioxidant activity of each solvent extract of Mantidis ootheca was evaluated using DPPH radical and ABTS radical scavenging rate as indicators,and the relationship between antioxidant capacity and total flavonoids,total polysaccharides and total protein was also analyzed.The contents of extract,total ash and acid-insoluble ash of salt-processing Tenodera sinensis Saussure were the lowest at 7.63%,4.47% and 0.91%,respectively,and the highest content of extracts was13.72%.The highest total protein content was 446.06 mg/g in the water extract of salt-processing Statilia maculata(Thunberg);the highest total polysaccharide content was 24.73 mg/g in the aqueous extract of salt-processing Statilia maculata(Thunberg);the highest total flavonoid content was 281.42 mg/g in the ethyl acetate extract of salt-processing Tenodera sinensis Saussure.The three kinds of Mantidis ootheca have the strongest antioxidant activity of n-butanol extract.In a comprehensive comparison,the order of free radical scavenging ability was salt-processing Tenodera sinensis S aussure,salt-processing Statilia maculata(Thunberg),Hierodula patellifera(S erville).
