基于ICP-MS法比较木香炮制前后重金属及有害元素含量变化

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定木香中铜、铅、砷、镉和汞5种重金属的含量,并对炮制前后的含量变化进行比较。采用微波消解法制备供试品溶液,以锗、铟和铋为内标,ICP-MS法测定铜、铅、砷、镉和汞5种元素含量。铜、铅、砷、镉和汞5种待测元素的线性关系良好(R≥0.9992),回收率为85.1%~105.2%;RSD的范围为2.7%~5.8%。测定结果显示,炮制后重金属含量均有所下降,砷残留量下降明显。研究建立了基于ICP-MS法测定木香重金属及有害元素的含量测定方法,揭示了炮制工艺可降低木香中重金属及有害元素的含量,为进一步评估木香做为药材使用的安全性提供了科学依据。 To determine five heavy metals(Cu,Pb,As,Cd and Hg) in Radix sapiens by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMS) and compare their changes before and after processing.The sample solution was prepared by microwave digestion,and the contents of Cu,Pb,As,Cd and Hg were determined by ICP-MS with Germanium,indium and bismuth as internal standard.The contents were calculated by standard curve method.The linear relationships of Cu,Pb,As,Cd and Hg were good(R≥0.999 2),and the recoveries were 85.1%-105.2%.RSD range was 2.7% to 5.8%.The content determination results showed that the content of heavy metals decreased after processing,and As decreased obviously.The ICP-MS method for the determination of heavy metals and harmful elements in Aucklandiae Radix was established.It was revealed that the processing technology could reduce the content of heavy metals and harmful elements in Aucklandiae Radix,which provided a scientific basis for further evaluation of the safety of Aucklandiae Radix.
