摘要
结合摩擦学原理介绍了钻井过程中涉及钻井液的润滑类型,包括边界润滑、混合润滑、流体动压润滑和弹性流体动压润滑等,并梳理了半个多世纪以来钻井液润滑性评价方法的起源和研究发展现状,分析了各种评价方法的优缺点,可为业内研究工作者和技术人员在钻井液润滑剂筛选手段上提供参考。在此基础上,建议大力支持可规模化推广和贴合现场实际为一体的先进钻井液润滑性评价设备的研制,提高室内研究对现场应用的指导价值。
Based on the principles of tribology,the lubrication types of drilling fluid involved in drilling process are introduced,including boundary lubrication,mixed lubrication,hydrodynamic lubrication,and elastic-hydrodynamic lubrication.The origin and development status of evaluation methods for drilling fluid lubricity in more than half a century are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods are analyzed.It provides a reference for researchers and technicians in the industry to screen lubricants for drilling fluid.On this basis,it is suggested to vigorously support the development of advanced drilling fluid lubricity evaluation equipment that can be promoted on a large scale and fit the actual situation in the field,to improve the guiding value of indoor research to field applications.
