石化企业安全管理体系在高校实验室的实践与探索

Practice and exploration of petrochemical enterprises safety management system in university laboratory

通过跨行业交流安全管理经验,学习其他行业的安全管理体系,可以帮助指导本行业的安全工作。该文首先分析石化企业与高校实验室安全工作的异同点,考察石化企业安全体系在高校实验室安全管理中的实践基础;然后调研石油天然气管网企业在安全文化、机构设置、教育培训、管理制度等方面的成功经验,对其安全管理体系进行全面梳理;最后以某高校实验室为例开展实践,取得较好的应用效果,可为其他高校安全管理提供借鉴。

Through cross-industry exchange of safety management experiences and learning safety management systems of other industries,it can help guide the safety work in this industry.This paper firstly analyzes the similarities and differences between the laboratory safety work of petrochemical enterprises and universities,and investigates the practical basis of the safety system of petrochemical enterprises in the laboratory safety management of universities.Then,the successful experience of oil and gas pipeline network enterprises in safety culture,institutional setting,education and training,management system and other aspects are investigated,and their safety management system is comprehensively sorted out.Finally,this paper takes a university laboratory as an example to carry out practice,and obtains good application effect,which can provide reference for other universities’safety management.
