摘要
对国内外文献和实践考察,有助于厘清“大学-中小学”教师教育共同体的应然以及中国“大学-中小学”教师教育共同体存在的问题,并在此基础上提出重构建议。从应然角度看,“大学-中小学”教师教育共同体是大学与中小学基于共同愿景形成的平等互信、相互尊重、互利共赢的伙伴关系。中国教师教育共同体建设中的伙伴关系状况,主要表现有:大学与中小学之间未形成共同愿景,难以基于互利共赢相互绑定,未构建互信平等的对话机制。应从伙伴关系视角,推动中国“大学-中小学”教师教育共同体重构:进行意识及理念变革,推动共同体思维形成;贯彻伙伴关系精神,构建共同体运行框架;明晰共赢机制,形成共同体运行范式;争取教育行政部门支持,为共同体建设提供保障。
Through the investigation of literatures and practice at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the necessity of the“University-School”teacher education community,finds out the problems existing in China’s“University-School”teacher education community,and puts forward some reconstruction suggestions.From the aspect of what ought to be,the“University-School”teacher education community is a partnership of equality and mutual trust,mutual respect,mutual benefit and win-win between universities and primary and secondary schools based on a common vision.The partnership in the construction of China’s teacher education community can be formed,which is mainly manifested in the following aspects:there is no common vision between universi⁃ties and schools;there is a problem that it is difficult for mutual binding based on“mutual benefit and win-win”;there is no“dialogue”mechanism of mutual trust and equality.From the perspective of partnership,this paper puts forward the reconstruction of China’s“University-School”teacher education community:devel⁃oping the reformation of consciousness and idea and promoting the formation of community thinking,putting the spirit of partnership into effect and constructing the framework of community operation,making the win-win mechanism clear and forming a community operation paradigm,and striving for the support of education admin⁃istrative departments and providing guarantee for community construction.
