水轮发电机高频局部放电检测设备计量性能评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着电力设备的不断更新和技术的不断进步,局部放电检测技术也在不断地发展和完善,高频局部放电在水轮发电机组的监测中也有越来越广泛的应用。考虑到这类检测设备未能有规范的量值溯源和性能评价,为此本文通过搭建试验平台,在计量性能摸底过程中,通过引入已知的标准信号对设备的各项性能指标进行测量和评估,具体包括带宽、线性度、灵敏度和稳定性4个指标。并通过对局放监测设备的有效性进行评估。结果显示,带宽下限截止频率和上限截止频率误差分别为0.30%、1.03%,线性度平均误差值为12.91%,灵敏度平均值为1.8,稳定性的95%值统计偏差为6.01%,基本可以判断设备的短期稳定性较好。所测量和评估述方法可以初步确定其在实际应用中的可靠性和适用性。 With the continuous updating of power equipment and the continuous advancement of technology,partial discharge detection technology is also constantly developing and improving,and high-frequency partial discharge is also more and more widely used in the monitoring of hydroelectric generating units.Considering that this type of testing equipment fails to have a standardized value traceability and performance evaluation,this paper builds an experimental platform.In the process of measuring performance,the performance indicators of the equipment are measured and evaluated by introducing known standard signals,including bandwidth,linearity,sensitivity and stability.The effectiveness of the partial discharge monitoring equipment is evaluated.The results show that the lower and upper cutoff frequency errors of the bandwidth are 0.30%and 1.03%respectively,the average error of linearity is 12.91%,the average sensitivity is 1.8,and the statistical deviation of 95%of the stability is 6.01%.It can be judged that the short-term stability of the equipment is good.The measurement and evaluation method can preliminarily determine its reliability and applicability in practical application.
