计划生育服务对人工流产术后避孕效果的近期及远期影响

Short-term and long-term influence of family planning service on contraceptive effect after induced abortion

目的探讨人工流产后计划生育服务对避孕效果的近期及远期影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月济南市妇幼保健院98例人工流产患者,采用随机数字表法分为参考组、调查组,每组各49例。参考组采用常规干预,调查组采用计划生育服务,评估两组避孕知晓情况,统计两组避孕依从性,比较两组近远期效果。结果调查组避孕知晓优良率高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查组避孕总依从率高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查组在随访3个月、1年时的意外妊娠率及再次流产率均低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计划生育服务的近远期效果较好,能提高避孕知识知晓率和依从性,减少意外妊娠、再流产事件。

Objective To explore the short-term and long-term influence of family planning service on contraceptive effect after induced abortion.Methods A total of 98 cases of induced abortion patients from March 2021 to March 2022 in Jinan Maternity and Child Care Hospital were selected and divided into the reference group and the survey group using the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group used conventional intervention and the survey group used family planning service to assess the contraceptive awareness,count the contraceptive compliance,and compare the short-term and long-term effects of both groups.Results The excellent and good contraceptive awareness rate was higher in the survey group than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total contraceptive compliance rate was higher in the survey group than that in the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The rates of unintended pregnancy and recurrent abortion in the survey group at 3 months and 1 year of follow-up in the survey group were lower than those in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Family planning service has good short-term and long-term effects,can increase contraceptive awareness and compliance,and reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancy and recurrent abortion.
