摘要 目的探究磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b雾化吸入治疗小儿流感病毒肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月广州市妇女儿童医疗中心收治的72例小儿流感病毒肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组(36例)与参照组(36例)。参照组单纯应用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,试验组采用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效以及症状改善情况、住院时间。结果试验组患儿咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咽喉痛改善时间、退热时间、住院时间短于参照组,治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流感病毒肺炎患儿采用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b雾化吸入治疗,可缩短症状改善时间,提升治疗效果,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b nebulized inhalation in the treatment of pediatric influenza virus pneumonia.Methods A total of 72 cases of children with influenza virus pneumonia admitted to Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center from January to December 2022 were selected for the study,and they were divided into the experimental group(36 cases)and the reference group(36 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules alone,and the experimental group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b nebulized inhalation,and the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of cough and lung rales,the improvement time of sore throat,the time for fever remission,and the hospitalization time of the children in the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b nebulized inhalation in the treatment of children with influenza virus pneumonia can shorten the time of symptom improvement and enhance the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
