小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗女性白内障术后角膜水肿的临床效果

Clinical effect of Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Suspension in the treatment of corneal edema after cataract surgery in women

目的研究女性白内障术后角膜水肿患者运用小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗的效果。方法选择2021年3月至2022年8月在兰陵县人民医院治疗的女性白内障术后角膜水肿患者84例,以随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗,研究组给予小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、视力水平、不良反应。结果与对照组比较,研究组临床疗效更高,治疗后视力水平更高,不良反应总发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性白内障术后角膜水肿患者运用小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗,效果显著,可进一步改善患者视力水平,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To study the effect of Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Suspension in the treatment of corneal edema after cataract surgery in women.Methods A total of 84 female patients with corneal edema after cataract surgery who were treated in Lanling County People’s Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected,and the patients were divided into research group and control group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Suspension,and the research group was treated with Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Suspension.The clinical efficacy,vision level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the research group was higher,the vision level after treatment was higher,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Suspension is significant in the treatment of corneal edema after cataract surgery in women,which can further improve the visual acuity of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
