优质护理在女性冠心病合并高血压患者中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing in female patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension

目的探讨优质护理在女性冠心病合并高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年12月枣庄市台儿庄泥沟镇中心卫生院收治的60例女性冠心病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与研究组(30例)。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用优质护理。比较两组心理状态及生活质量。结果护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在女性冠心病合并高血压患者中的应用可显著改善患者心理状态、提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing in female patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 60 female patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension admitted to Tai’erzhuang Nigou Town Central Health Center from July 2021 to Dec ember 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received high quality nursing.The psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of life quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in female patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension can significantly improve the psychological state of patients and improve the quality of life.
