目的探讨PDCA循环理论对儿科低年资护士静脉穿刺技术的影响。方法分别选取2021年1月至12月及2022年1月至12月昆山宗仁卿纪念医院儿科的8名儿科低年资护士与200例患儿作为对照组及观察组。对照组采用常规培训方式,观察组采用PDCA循环理论培训方式。比较两组一次性穿刺成功率及综合能力。结果观察组一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训后,观察组各项综合能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环理论应用于儿科低年资护士的培训中,可显著提高低年资护士的综合能力及一次性穿刺成功率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle theory on venipuncture technique in pediatric nurses with low seniority.Methods From January to December 2021 and from January to December 2022,8 pediatric nurses with low experience and 200 children in the Departm ent of Pediatrics of Kunshan Zong Renqing Memorial Hospital were selected as the control group and the observation group respectively.The control group was trained by conventional methods,and the observation group was trained by PDCA cycle theory.The one-time puncture success rate and comprehensive ability of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After training,the comprehensive ability scores of the the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle theory in the training of pediatric nurses with low seniority can significantly improve the comprehensive ability and one-time puncture success rate of nurses with low seniority,which is worthy of popularization and application.
