全程护理干预在哮喘患儿雾化吸入治疗期间的应用效果

Application effect of whole course nursing intervention during aerosol inhalation therapy in children with asthma

目的探讨全程护理干预在哮喘患儿雾化吸入治疗期间的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年4月济宁市兖州区人民医院收治的118例小儿哮喘患儿,按照随机抽签法分为实验组、常规组,每组各59例。实验组在雾化吸入治疗期间采用全程护理干预,常规组在雾化吸入治疗期间采用常规护理,比较两组临床症状缓解时间、肺功能及护理效果。结果实验组退热时间、哮喘消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间短于常规组(P<0.05);护理后实验组呼气流量峰值、用力呼气量水平高于常规组(P<0.05);实验组护理总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理干预在哮喘患儿雾化吸入治疗期间的应用效果较好,能缩短临床症状缓解时间,改善肺功能,提高护理效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole course nursing inte rvention during aerosol inhalation therapy in children with asthma.Methods A total of 118 children with asthma treated in Yanzhou District People’s Hospital in Jining City from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group and routine group according to random drawing method,with 59 cases in each group.The experimental group was given whole course nursing intervention during the aerosol inhalation therapy,and the routine group was given routine nursing during the aerosol inhalation therapy.The clinical symptom relief time,lung function and nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,asthma disappearance time and lung moist rales disappearance time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the peak expiratory flow and forced expiratory volume in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of whole course nursing intervention in children with asthma during aerosol inhalation therapy is good,which can shorten the relief time of clinical symptoms,improve lung function and nursing effect.
