基于量化评估策略的综合护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy in children with bronchopneumonia

目的探究基于量化评估策略的综合护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2022年6月兰陵县人民医院儿科收治的60例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于量化评估策略的综合护理,比较两组肺功能、并发症发生情况。结果护理后观察组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流量峰值高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论基于量化评估策略的综合护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果较好,可改善患儿肺功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 60 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Lanling People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the res earch objects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy.The lung function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy has a good application effect in children with bronchopneumonia,which can improve the lung function of children and reduce the incidence of complications.
