Application effect of body language communication intervention in nursing of children with pneumonia

目的探讨肢体语言沟通干预在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取东平县人民医院2020年2月至2022年5月收治的52例小儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法分为参照组、研究组。参照组(n=26)给予常规护理干预,研究组(n=26)给予肢体语言沟通干预,比较两组护理依从性、护理质量、临床症状改善时间及并发症发生情况。结果研究组护理总依从率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组护理质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组临床症状改善时间短于参照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎护理中应用肢体语言沟通干预,可以提高护理依从性及护理质量,缩短临床症状改善时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of body language communication intervention in nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 52 children with pneumonia admitted to the Dongping County People’s Hospital of from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the reference group and the study group according to coin toss method.The reference group(n=26)was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group(n=26)was given body language communication intervention.The nursing compliance,nursing quality,clinical symptom improvement time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of body language communication intervention in the nursing of children with pneumonia can improve nursing compliance and nursing quality,shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of complications.
