多元化个性化护理干预在静脉采血患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of diversified personalized nursing intervention in children with venous blood collection

目的研究多元化个性化护理干预在静脉采血患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2020年9月至2021年9月首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院需进行静脉采血患儿80例,利用随机数字表法分为参照组(常规护理)、试验组(基于参照组开展多元化个性化护理干预),每组各40例。比较两组FLACC量表、Wong-Baker面部疼痛量表评分。结果试验组FLACC量表、Wong-Baker面部疼痛量表评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患儿进行静脉采血时,采用多元化个性化护理干预可缓解疼痛,值得普及和应用。

Objective To study the application effect of diversified personalized nursing intervention in children with venous blood collection.Methods A total of 80 children with venous blood collection in Beijing Children’s Hospital,Capital Medical University were included in the study From September 2020 to September 2021,and divided into the reference group(routine nursing)and the experimental group(diversified personalized nursing intervention based on the reference group)using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The FLACC scale and Wong-Baker facial pain scale scores were compared between the two groups.Results The FLACC scale and Wong-Baker facial pain scale scores were lower in the experimental group than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of diversified personalized nursing intervention for children undergoing venous blood collection can relieve pain,worthy of popularization and application.
