A型肉毒毒素注射在上面部年轻化就医者中的保留率及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Retention Rate and Infl uencing Factors of Botulinum Toxin Type A Injection in Patients with Upper Facial Rejuvenation

目的:分析上面部年轻化中A型肉毒毒素注射就医者的保留率及影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月-2021年6月笔者医院首次进行A型肉毒毒素注射的98例就医者的临床资料,通过Logistic回归分析A型肉毒毒素在上面部年轻化中就医者6个月内保留率的影响因素。结果:6个月内就医者保留率为51%。Logistic回归分析显示,教育背景本科及以上、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分<50分、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分<53分有利于提高就医者保留率(P<0.05,OR>1);而既往有医疗美容史会降低就医者保留率(P<0.05,OR<1)。结论:就医者教育背景、SAS评分、SDS评分、既往医疗美容史是A型肉毒毒素注射就医者的保留率的影响因素,该结果为更好地评价A型肉毒毒素改善上面部动态性皱纹的有效性和安全性提供了有效意见。

Objective To investigate the retention rate and infl uencing factors of patients with botulinum toxin type A injection in upper facil rejuvenation.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients who received type A botulinum toxin injection for the first time in the author's hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the factors influencing the retention rate of patients with type A botulinum toxin in upper face rejuvenation were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results The retention rate of patients seeking medical treatment within 6 months was 51%.Logistic regression analysis showed that bachelor's degree or above,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score<50,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score<53 were beneficial to improve the retention rate of medical patients(P<0.05,OR>1).Previous history of medical cosmetology decreased the retention rate of patients(P<0.05,OR<1).Conclusion The educational background,SAS score,SDS score and previous medical aesthetic history were the infl uencing factors for the retention rate of patients injected with botulinum toxin type A.The results provided eff ective suggestions for better evaluating the eff ectiveness and safety of botulinum toxin type A in improving dynamic wrinkles on the upper face.
