“1+X”证书制度背景下高职汽修专业教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Automotive Repair Major in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of the“1+X”Certificate System

在党的二十大报告中习近平总书记再次强调了“立德”是育人的根本,国家结合当今职业教育现状提出“1+X”证书制度,致力于推进各专业教学改革和创新。传统教学中“1+X”证书制度与立德树人培养目标往往分别开展,但二者作为职业教育全员全程全方位育人的重要组成部分,应相互结合、相互协同,更好地实现知识、技能与价值观的同步传递。本研究以云南林业职业技术学院为例在“1+X”证书制度背景下汽修专业将立德树人的培养目标贯穿于教学改革中,研究“1+X”证书制度背景下高职院校汽修专业课程教学模式,探索专业知识、职业技能与立德树人的培养目标有机融合。

In traditional teaching,the“1+X”certificate system and the goal of cultivating moral character are often carried out separately.However,as an important component of the comprehensive education of vocational education,the two should be combined and coordinated to better achieve the synchronous transmission of knowledge,skills,and values.This study takes Yunnan Forestry Technological College as an example.Under the background of the“1+X”certificate system,the goal of cultivating morality and cultivating talents in the automotive repair major is integrated into the teaching reform.The teaching mode of automotive repair courses in vocational colleges under the“1+X”certificate system is studied,and the organic integration of professional knowledge,vocational skills,and the cultivation goal of cultivating morality and talents is explored.
