课程思政理念下双创教育与专业教育深度融合研究——以汽车维修专业为例

随着国家对技能人才的重视日益增加,加强技能人才培养已成为国家人才战略的重要组成部分。在教育领域,爱国主义情怀、工匠精神和社会主义核心价值观等思政理念的地位越来越凸显。同时,随着“大众创业、万众创新”国家战略的实施,全国范围内掀起了一股创新创业热潮。各高校纷纷按照社会主义新时代对学生培养的要求,严格构建符合创新能力和创业意识要求的学生培养体系。课程思政理念与“双创”教育模式的融合不仅有助于培养适应国家需求的新时代人才,促进学生全面发展,还有助于缓解就业压力。本文将探讨汽车维修专业课程思政理念下如何融合创新创业教育与专业教育,并提出以下三大解决策略:落实教育融合理念,加强理念引领;加强课程思政引领创新创业教育师资队伍的建设工作;为课程思政理念下创新创业教育与专业教育融合发展提供多元化的教学方式。

With the increasing emphasis on skilled talents by the country,strengthening the cultivation of skilled talents has become an important component of the national talent strategy.In the field of education,the status of ideological and political concepts such as patriotism,craftsmanship and Core Socialist Values has become increasingly prominent.Meanwhile,with the implementation of the national strategy of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,a wave of innovation and entrepreneurship has emerged nationwide.Various universities have strictly constructed a student training system that meets the requirements of innovation ability and entrepreneurial awareness in accordance with the requirements of the socialist new era for student training.The integration of ideological and political concepts in the curriculum and the“innovation and entrepreneurship”education model not only helps to cultivate new era talents that meet the needs of the country,promote the comprehensive development of students,but also helps to alleviate employment pressure.This article will explore how to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education under the ideological and political concept of automobile maintenance professional courses,and propose the following three major solutions:implementing the concept of educational integration,strengthening the guidance of concepts;Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff for innovation and entrepreneurship education guided by ideological and political education in the curriculum;Provide diversified teaching methods for the integration and development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education under the ideological and political concept of the curriculum.
