This paper analyzes the trend of interior and exterior styling design of new energy vehicles,and discusses it based on the concept of minimalist design.With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle market,designers are paying increasing attention to interior and exterior styling,pursuing simple,pure and functional design styles.This paper first reviews the evolution of interior and exterior styling design,and analyzes the main factors affecting the interior and exterior styling of new energy vehicles.Then,the application of minimalist design concept in the interior and exterior styling of new energy vehicles was discussed.Finally,the trend of interior and exterior styling design of new energy vehicles in the future is prospected.Through the research and analysis of this paper,it can provide guidance and enlightenment for the interior and exterior styling design of new energy vehicles,and promote its further development and innovation.
