信息型智能包装在汽车零部件物流配送中的应用研究

汽车的生产过程中,零部件的配送是汽车生产物流能够持续运作的重要环节,而配送活动中均有包装的参与,包装技术影响着配送活动的效率、成本和管理水平。本文结合汽车零部件物流配送的三种主要作业形式,将RFID技术与工业包装相结合,形成信息型智能包装技术,探索与分析智能包装在配送活动中的应用方式,提升汽车制造的智能化水平。

In the production process of automobiles,the distribution of parts and components is an important part of the continuous operation of automobile production logistics,and packaging technology affects the efficiency,cost and management level of distribution activities.This paper combines the three main forms of auto parts logistics and distribution,combines RFID technology with industrial packaging to form information-based intelligent packaging technology,explores and analyzes the application of intelligent packaging in distribution activities,and improves the intelligent level of automobile manufacturing.
