2018款大众迈腾B8汽车故障诊断与排除

摘要 汽车作为现代社会人类生活中普遍需求的一种生产工具和交通工具,越来越广地进入了人们的日常生活。当今我国汽车工业的发展速度惊人,中国已成为一个汽车消费大国,培育健康有序的汽车市场,提升汽车行业服务品质已经显得刻不容缓。随着汽车保有量的激增和品牌的多元化,汽车装备技术也日新月异,尤其是汽车的电气化正在不断推进,导致汽车因线路故障、电气故障而抛锚的现象也越来越多,特别是在高速公路上,汽车一旦出现故障,会给人们带来极大的烦恼,如不能及时排除故障,不仅经济损失重大,还存在较大的安全隐患。本文以月均销量过万的中级轿车——一汽大众2018款迈腾B8L2.0TSI轿车为例,分析电动车窗系统电路、无钥匙进入及启动系统,并结合一起真实的故障案例,诊断分析出故障原因及故障诊断方法。 As a widely needed production and transportation tool in modern human life,cars are increasingly entering people's daily lives.The development speed of China's automobile industry is astonishing today,and China has become a major consumer of automobiles.It is urgent to cultivate a healthy and orderly automobile market and improve the service quality of the automobile industry.With the rapid increase in the number of cars and the diversification of brands,the technology of automotive equipment is also changing day by day,especially the electrification of cars is constantly advancing,leading to an increasing number of car breakdowns due to circuit and electrical faults.Especially on highways,if a car malfunctions,it will bring great trouble to people.If the fault cannot be eliminated in a timely manner,not only will it cause significant economic losses,but there will also be significant safety hazards.This article takes the 2018 Mago B8L2.0TSI sedan of FAW Volkswagen,an intermediate sedan with an average monthly sales of over 10000 yuan,as an example to analyze the circuit of the power window system,keyless entry and start system,and combine them with real fault cases to diagnose and analyze the cause of the fault and the method of fault diagnosis.
