基于SIMPACK和ANSYS的轮轨激振对高速列车车体动力学性能研究

摘要 我国高速列车最高运营时速达350km/h,是世界上高铁运营时速最高的国家。高速列车运行时速达到300km/h时,列车车体就会受到强大的空气压力,并且百分之八十的牵引力用于克服空气阻力。因受到空气强大的压强影响,铝合金车体必须具有强大的强度和刚度,刚度和强度过低必然会导致铝合金车体的受空气的压迫导致变形或者压扁,给行车安全带来极大的安全隐患。交通强国,铁路先行。铁路作为国民经济的大动脉,铁路的发展关乎着国民经济的发展。高铁已成中国一道亮丽的名片,不容有安全隐患,所以在试验时必须反复检查,把隐患消除在摇篮里。本文利用ANSYS软件研究高速列车车体动力学,分析评价方法,并优化参数。 China's high-speed trains have a maximum operating speed of 350km/h,making China the country with the highest operating speed of highspeed trains in the world.When a high-speed train reaches a speed of 300km/h,the train body is subjected to strong air pressure,and 80%of the traction force is used to overcome air resistance.Due to the strong pressure of the air,the aluminum alloy body must have strong strength and stiffness.If the stiffness and strength are too low,it will inevitably lead to deformation or flattening of the aluminum alloy body under the pressure of the air,posing great safety hazards to driving safety.To become a strong transportation country,railways must lead the way.As the main artery of the national economy,the development of railways is closely related to the development of the national economy.High speed rail has become a shining business card in China,and there should be no safety hazards.Therefore,repeated inspections must be conducted during the experiment to eliminate the hazards in the cradle.This article uses ANSYS software to study the dynamics of high-speed train bodies,analyze evaluation methods,and optimize parameters.
