强脉冲硬X射线产生技术及应用

Generation technologies and applications of intense pulsed hard X-rays

摘要 强脉冲硬X射线是电子学系统抗辐射性能评估和加固不可或缺的模拟环境,另外作为一种闪光照相光源,在冲击动力学、弹道学研究领域发挥着不可替代的作用.本文总结了西北核技术研究所近年来强脉冲硬X射线的产生技术研究进展、发展趋势和应用前景,梳理了突破的核心关键技术和取得的重要进展.基于强束流物理认识和先进负载技术的进步,在大面积脉冲硬X射线方面,已经产生了辐照面积2000 cm^(2),能注量36 mJ/cm^(2)的辐射场,在系统电磁脉冲研究中发挥重要作用,并形成了产生数百毫焦大面积高强度脉冲硬X射线的技术能力;在闪光照相光源方面,发展了系列小焦斑二极管技术,在多脉冲、多分幅、多视角光源技术取得突破.这些研究成果为国防尖端科学技术研究与高新装备研制提供了支撑. Intense pulsed hard X-ray radiation is an indispensable simulation environment for evaluating and reinforcing the radiation tolerance performance of electronic systems.It is used as a flash photography light source and plays an irreplaceable role in impact dynamics and ballistics.This paper summarizes and analyzes the research progress,development trend,and potential application value of intense pulsed hard X-ray generation technology in recent years.Based on the progress in high-current beam physics and advanced load technologies,the radiation fields with an area of 2000 cm^(2) and a fluence of 36 mJ/cm^(2) have been produced for large-area pulsed hard X-ray by using the series and parallel diodes.This is used in the research of system-generated electromagnetic pulse effect to develop the technical ability to produce hundreds of millijoule large-area pulse hard X-rays.With respect to the flash photography light source,a series of small focal spot diode technology has been developed,and a breakthrough has been made in multi-pulse,multi-range,and multi-angle light source technology.These results support further research on advanced science and technology related to national defense and the development of new high-tech equipment.
