基于交互分析模式的同伴支持模式对结核病患者疾病认知及自我管理能力的影响

Effect of peer support model based on interactive analysis model on disease perception and self-management ability of patients with tuberculosis

目的探究基于交互分析模式的同伴支持模式在结核病(TB)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月就诊于濮阳市第五人民医院的92例TB住院患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各46例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上采用交互分析模式的同伴支持护理,干预6个后,比较两组患者的服药依从性和护理满意度,并比较干预前后两组患者的疾病认知评分、成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组患者的服药依从性为93.47%,明显高于对照组的76.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的疾病认知评分为(93.68±1.67)分,明显高于对照组的(89.94±2.52)分,SDS、SAS评分分别为(36.78±3.15)分、(33.67±3.69)分,明显低于对照组的(41.15±3.64)分、(42.69±3.72)分,AHSMSRS评分为(136.47±8.69)分,明显高于对照组的(122.14±10.31)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的WHOQOL-BREF、SSRS评分分别为(99.68±3.87)分、(33.65±2.68)分,明显高于对照组的(87.69±5.38)分、(26.87±2.81)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为97.83%,明显高于对照组的82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于交互分析模式的同伴支持护理干预可帮助TB患者获得良好的社会支持,改善心理状态,增强疾病认知,强化自我管理能力,进而提高患者依从性,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of a peer support model based on the interactive analysis model in patients with tuberculosis(TB).Methods Ninety-two TB inpatients who visited Puyang Fifth People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 46 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine care,while the patients in the observation group patients received peer support nursing in an interactive analysis mode on the basis of routine care.After 6 months of intervention,the medication compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The disease cognition score,adult health self-management ability assessment scale(AHSMSRS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,social support rating scale(SSRS)score,World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Scale(WHOQOL BREF)score,and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results The medication adherence in the observation group was 93.47%,which was significnatly higher than 76.09%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the disease cognition score in the observation group was(93.68±1.67)points,which was significantly higher than(89.94±2.52)points in the control group,while the SDS and SAS scores were(36.78±3.15)points and(33.67±3.69)points,respectively,significantly lower than(41.15±3.64)points and(42.69±3.72)points in the control group,and the AHSMSRS score was(136.47±8.69)points,which was significantly higher than(122.14±10.31)points in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the WHOQOL-BREF and SSRS scores in the observation group were(99.68±3.87)points and(33.65±2.68)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than(87.69±5.38)points and(26.87±2.81)points in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than 82.61%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Peer support nursing intervention based on interactive analysis mode can help TB patients obtain good social support,improve psychological status,enhance disease awareness,strengthen self-management ability,and thereby improve patient compliance and quality of life.
