摘要 在燃烧场瞬态温度测量中,传统侵入式测量方法存在响应速度慢、精确偏差大等问题,而吸收光谱方法则一直没有合适的硬件系统。针对这类问题,本文基于可调谐半导体吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)完成直接吸收法温度测量的硬件系统构建,以实现对燃烧场温度的检测。搭建实验平台选择中心频率为6807.835 cm^(-1)、7182.9496 cm^(-1)的谱线,以H_(2)O为目标分子,通过MATLAB进行温度测量分析,验证该硬件系统有效可行,可实现燃烧场瞬态温度10%以内的精确测量。 In the transient temperature measurement of combustion field,the traditional intrusive measurement method has some problems,such as slow response speed and large accuracy deviation.However,there has been no suitable hardware system for absorption spectroscopy.Therefore,aiming at such problems,this paper builds a hardware system for temperature measurement of direct absorption method based on tunable semiconductor absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)to detect the temperature of combustion field.The experiment platform is built to select the spectral line of center frequency(6807.835 cm^(-1) and 7182.9496 cm^(-1)).With H_(2)O as the target molecule,through the MATLAB temperature measurement analysis,the hardware system is verified to be effective and feasible,and can achieve the accurate measurement of the transient temperature of the combustion field within 10%.
