新时代高校二级院系党建质量提升路径探究

A Probe into the Ways to Improve the Quality of Party Construction in Secondary Colleges and Departments in the New Era

作为高校基层党组织工作的主要核心和重要环节,二级院系党建工作是保证党的路线方针政策、决策部署在高校贯彻落实的基础。当前,院系党建面临运行机制、工作保障、队伍建设和考核监督等有待进一步完善的问题。为提升院系党建质量,要切实从担负党的政治领导责任、构建院系党政全面协同体系、加强院系党组织干部能力素质、搭建院系党建工作载体等方面着手,进一步推动全面从严治党向基层有效延伸。

As the main core and important link of the work of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,the party construction work of secondary colleges and departments is the basis for ensuring the implementation of the party’s line,policy and decision-making deployment in colleges and universities.At present,the party building of colleges and departments faces problems that need to be further improved,such as operation mechanism,job security,team building,assessment and supervision.To improve the quality of party building in colleges and departments,we should start from the following aspects:assuming the political leadership responsibility of the party,building the comprehensive coordination system of the party and government in colleges and departments,strengthening the ability and quality of the party organization cadres in colleges and departments,and building the work carrier of party building in colleges and departments,and further promote the effective extension of comprehensive and strict party governance to the grass-roots level.
