摘要
在实际生产过程中,EV-56可控震源频繁出现无法行车故障现象,根据现场机械师的维修经验积累,大多是由于电控系统引起的,电控系统相对复杂,现场故障排除困难。现对EV-56可控震源无法行车的故障进行浅要分析,进一步说明排除故障的过程,缩短在野外现场出现此类故障的维修时间。
In the actual production process,EV-56 seismic vibrator frequently fails to drive,according to the maintenance experience of on-site machinist,mostly caused by the electronic control system,the electric control system is relatively complex,difficulty in troubleshooting on site.This paper briefly analyzes the failure of EV-56 seismic vibrator to drive,further explain the troubleshooting process,shorten the maintenance time of such faults in the field.
