藻酸盐银联合水胶体敷料对慢性难愈合创面的应用价值

Application value of silver alginate combined with hydrocolloid dressing on chronic refractory wound

目的分析藻酸盐银联合水胶体敷料对慢性难愈合创面的应用价值。方法100例慢性难愈合创面患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。两组患者均采取常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采取涂抹磺胺嘧啶银霜的凡士林纱布覆盖包扎,治疗组采取藻酸盐银敷料贴附后外用水胶体敷料覆盖进行包扎。比较两组患者创面愈合时间,换药时视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,治疗1、2、3周创面愈合率,不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者创面愈合时间(20.2±1.3)d短于对照组的(25.2±2.7)d,换药时VAS评分(1.6±0.7)分低于对照组的(2.8±1.1)分,治疗1周创面愈合率(60.2±1.8)%、治疗2周创面愈合率(92.1±3.1)%、治疗3周创面愈合率(96.8±2.7)%均高于对照组的(49.5±2.1)%、(85.1±1.2)%、(89.1±1.9)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论藻酸盐银敷料与水胶体敷料在联合治疗慢性愈合创面中效果理想,且使用方便、安全,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the application value of silver alginate combined with hydrocolloid dressing on chronic refractory wound.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic refractory wounds were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was covered with vaseline gauze coated with silver sulfadiazine cream,and the treatment group was covered with silver alginate dressing firstly and then hydrocolloidal dressing.The wound healing time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score at dressing change,wound healing rates after 1,2 and 3 weeks of treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time of(20.2±1.3)d in the observation group was shorter than that of(25.2±2.7)d in the control group;VAS score of(1.6±0.7)points in the observation group was lower than that of(2.8±1.1)points in the control group;the wound healing rates were(60.2±1.8)%,(92.1±3.1)%and(96.8±2.7)%in the observation group after 1,2 and 3 weeks treatment,which were higher than those of(49.5±2.1)%,(85.1±1.2)%and(89.1±1.9)%in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Silver alginate combined with hydrocolloid dressing has ideal effect in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds,and is convenient and safe to use,which is worthy of popularization.
