中药鉴定技术在中药房管理中的应用

摘要 目的分析中药鉴定技术在中药房管理中的应用效果。方法选择200份未开展中药鉴定技术的中药作为对照组,另选择200份开展中药鉴定技术后的中药作为观察组。比较两组中药来源不当、损坏、假冒伪劣比例及不良反应发生率。结果观察组中药来源不当比例1.50%、损坏比例2.00%、假冒伪劣比例0.50%和不良反应发生率2.00%均低于对照组的10.00%、9.00%、6.00%、11.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药鉴定技术在中药房管理中的应用效果确切,可有效检出中药来源不当、损坏、假冒伪劣情况,减少用药不良反应,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine identification technology in the management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy.Methods 200 samples of traditional Chinese medicine that have not yet developed traditional Chinese medicine identification technology were selected as the control group,and 200 samples of traditional Chinese medicine that have developed traditional Chinese medicine identification technology were selected as the observation group.The proportion of improper source,damage,fake and inferior of traditional Chinese medicine and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of improper source,damage,fake and inferior of traditional Chinese medicine and the incidence of adverse reactions were 1.50%,2.00%,0.50%and 2.00%in the observation group,which were lower than those of 10.00%,9.00%,6.00%and 11.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine identification technology in the management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy is effective.It can effectively detect the improper source,damage,fake and inferior of traditional Chinese medicine,and reduce the adverse reactions of drugs.It is worth popularizing.
